Pirates of the Caribbean 3

For the next few weeks, Will worked his hardest to learn the ropes about the ship. He was a fast learner and though he often tried to deny it to himself, he quite enjoyed working with the men. They treated him like scum and many a times he had gotten beat for saying or doing something wrong but he was hardworking and the more he learned the less he got beat. There were still times of course when the men decided that they needed something to play with and they would use him. Under their abuse, and the hard work that he was constantly doing, Will became hard as muscles spread under his skin. His hair grew lighter with the excess of sea water and sunlight and his skin grew darker. For the most part, he worked with his shirt off and his feet bare, since his shoes were not easy to climb the ropes with and his billowing shirt just got in the way, especially on a hot day. It was after about four weeks when Will saw his first pirate battle. The ship, which was called Midnight Stallion, pulled up along side a rich trading vessel. Without any warning, they readied their cannons and fired at the ship, destroying all resistance in seconds. Will helped keep the ship steady, all the while protesting against his own actions.
"They're pirates, I shouldn't be helping them," he thought to himself, but at the same time it felt so right to him and he kept on going, cheering along with the pirates as the men boarded the other vessel, taking the money, food, gunpowder, and anything else they could carry. In minutes the other vessel had been completely emptied and burned. Something twisted in Will's gut as he heard the screams of the crew of the other ship and it twisted even more when he realized that he was able to ignore it very easily.
"Who am I?" he asked himself.

Elizabeth was calling in favors that she had hoped she would never have to use. She had called together a crew from Tortuga and  had set sail immediately, scourging ports for any news of Calico Jack but most did not have any news and the ones that did, it was only vague hints. It wasn't until she reached a small port on the coast of Singapore that she heard anything. A merchant's vessel from nearby had been attacked and burned by pirates sailing under Calico Jack's flag. There had only been two survivors lucky enough to escape in a small rowboat. Elizabeth herself went and talked to them but they only told her what she already knew.
"They were a few leagues south of here a few days ago," was all they said and Elizabeth growled in frustration. They would  be long gone already, but she decided to search the area anyway, stopping on any ports along the way for more news. Unknown to her was the news that would never be said to her face, the news that the King of Pirates, Elizabeth Turner was back at sea and that anyone who crossed her path, better beware.

Every so often, the Midnight Stallion would dock at a port and most of the men would get off and head to shore to get supplies and drunk. They would come back the next morning, reeling and squinting in the sun but always with everything they needed. At these times, Will was always confined to the boat though he often pleaded to be let off. He usually got a good pounding when he did this but every time they made it to a port he would do it again and again. The men would often gossip when they came back on board but Will was usually excluded from this as well and would a smack upside the head if he tried to join and yet he tried to join every time. Sometimes he would pick up small tidbits but never anything of importance and never anything that really interested him. There would be times when one of the men would talk with him about the outside world but Will quickly caught onto the fact that he never said anything of importance either and Will knew that the crew was trying to hide something from him. Over the past few weeks, it had seemed to Will as if he had grown closer to the crew but at the same time, they felt more and more distant and after making port once, they were downright nasty to him. Beating him till he was lying panting on the floor after having accidentally walked in on one of their conversations. Later that same week, they made port at another dock and the crew had shut Will back up in the brig. The harsh change from his days out in the sun to confinement made Will itch to move around and he found himself doing exercises in his cage, just to get his blood flowing. Being unable to sail made him miserable and grouchy. It was then that the Midnight Stallion clashed with the Turquoise Falcon.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2

Later that night, Elizabeth walked out of the small house that she shared with her son. It was nothing special, just a few rooms but it was comfortable and cozy. She walked over to the cliff, where her son enjoyed playing and called his name.
"Will! Will! It's time to come inside and get ready for dinner. You need to wash up. Will! Will! Where are you?" Elizabeth called. "Where is that boy?" She walked closer to the cliff and then looked down. Below her, in the sand, she saw fire burning words. They said,
"My name is Calico Jack and I have your son."
Elizabeth screamed and called out,
"WILL!!" but no one answered. She ran back to the house as fast as she could. There she changed into her clothes so that she could disguise herself as a man. Then she grabbed enough money to rent a ship and crew. She probably wouldn't need it though, her name was enough to get any pirate at her feet.

Will was sitting in the ship's brig. He leaned against the wall wondering how he had gotten into that mess. From above, he heard the shouts of the crew and the Captain, and in a strange way, he longed to be up there, helping them make the ship go. Tightening the lines, letting the sail down, even swabbing the deck would have been great if only he was a part of that.
"It's in my blood," he said. "Sailing is in my blood. I can feel it."
For the next few days he had no visitors, except a tiny man with a large stomach, who brought him food and drink, though barely enough. After the fourth day down in the brig, a man came down. He was tall, with brown hair and a close cropped beard. He wore calico from head to toe and had a sword at his belt.
"Hello, boy. My name is Calico Jack. I'm sorry for taking you from your home like that but your mother owes me something and well, she's a bit harder to catch ain't she. Or at least that's what my first mate tells me. I guess he's right. Anyway, I have decided that until your mother gets here, you will help out on deck. You ever sailed a ship before boy?" the Captain asked.
"No," Will said, as petulantly as he could. The Captain reached forward and slapped him across the face. Will cringed at the sudden pain. His mother had never hit him and apart from a few scuffles with the town boys, he really hand't gotten beat either. This pain was a sharp wake-up call for him.
"You will address  me as either sir or Captain, understood?"
"Yes, sir," Will said, through gritted teeth.
"Very good, now shall we go. My men will be glad to teach you. Don't worry their methods are very good, you will learn quickly," Calico Jack said, a twisted smile creeping across his face. He grabbed Will roughly around the arm and pulled him up the stairs to the main deck. There, everyone stared at him for a seconds and then they smiled to match their Captain's.
"You men need to teach this young one how to sail and in less than a day. Think it can  be done?"
The men laughed loudly.
"Yes, sir!" they called in perfect unison. The Captain pushed Will forward. He stumbled and crashed into one of the men. The man pushed him back and Will fell on the floor. Everyone laughed at him as he stood up with as much dignity as he could muster.
"Back to work, you scurvy dogs," the Captain called out and everyone turned back to their work. The man that had kidnapped Will on the beach walked forward.
"I'll be teaching you how to sail boy and you better pay attention as if your life depends on it because it just might," he said. Will noticed that the man was missing a chip off of his front tooth.
"Got it," he said.
The man raised his had in an obvious threat.
"Sir," Will added, reluctantly and the First Mate smiled.
"Now you're getting it."

New Story: Pirates of the Caribbean

I'm going to start a new story. It is also a fan-fiction because that is the easiest way for me to get inspiration. Don't worry, I do come up with my own ideas from time to time but I also enjoy expanding or changing other stories to write what I think could happen even if I know why it really shouldn't. The story that I will write follows after Pirates of the Caribbean 3 and it can be either before or after the 4th. It really makes no difference. I know that it would never happen but I like to imagine that it could.

William Turner was sitting on the cliff near his home that overlooked the sea. He loved the sea and always had wanted to sail, just like his father had. He had never really had a chance to though, since his mother rarely let him near the docks. Will didn't know what she was so worried about. It wasn't like he couldn't swim or anything. For a boy his age, he was actually quite strong from helping his mother out so much. Regardless, his mother still refused to let him near a ship. It was stupid. The sun was setting below the horizon and Will focused his attention forward, hoping to see a flash of green light spread across the horizon. He knew he wouldn't though. Not for another seven years. It kind of sucked only being able to see his father once every ten years. He had been nine the first time he had seen the green light and that had been the only time. Now Will was thirteen and he couldn't wait until his father could see him again as a strong, respectable man. Will grinned inside and focused back on the horizon. Instead of a flash of green light, a ship caught his view.
"Why would a ship be out here?" he asked himself. "This little bay isn't a dock and it couldn't get very far in without getting stranded. Why isn't it going to the port?"
Will ran down a nearby path to the beach. By the time he got there, the ship had stopped and a small life boat was rowing towards shore. Will waited for it excitedly, wondering who could be there. For a second, he entertained the idea of getting his mother but then realized that she would probably tell him to get in the house and leave everyone alone while she dealt with it. He knew that was what would happen.
"I won't call mum. I'll deal with this all on my own," he said and stood tall. Finally, the small rowboat reached shore. Will ran to where it had pulled up.
"Hello, men. Do you need help with anything? You know that there is a port just around the bend if you need it."
The men just glared at him. They were dirty, with crumpled up clothes and yellowed teeth. They all smelled like the ocean and sweat as if they had not bathed in a long while.
"Pirates," Will thought in his mind and got ready to turn and run.
"Hey, boy," the tallest and grubbiest pirate said, "What's yer name?"
Will froze.
"W-w-wi- Will Turner, sir," he stammered.
"Will Turner, short for William eh? I knew your father. He was a brave man. And your mother. Now, she was a lady to be reckoned with. Strong woman. I don't like strong women," the pirate said. Will gulped.
"Sir, do you need anything?" Will asked.
"Well, I was just going to dock here, go up that cliff and visit that dear mother of yours but I've changed me mind. How about I take you instead, boy? Eh? What do you think about that?"
"Take me where?"
"Take you out to sea. You see, my Captain's got a bone to pick with ya mum. She got him into a whole spit of trouble a few years back, ya know, at the war with the East Trading Company. She took his ships and stole his men and for what? The ship was sunk and the men? ... dead, all of em. That lady gets out fine and her ships as well but the rest of us, we didn't have it so easy. How about I make it difficult for her?" the pirate grinned at Will. Something about his tone made Will's blood boil and he yelled,
"You stay away from my mother or I'll... I'll... I'll--"
"You'll what, boy? Eh?" the pirate asked, grinning that same stupid grin. "Doesn't matter anyway. You see, I'm not going to go to your momma. She's gonna come to the Captain, ain't she."
"Huh?" Will asked.
"Get him," the main pirate said and two of his men jumped forward and grabbed Will's wrists. Will struggled against their strong grips and tried to twist out of them but to no avail. These were men who had been working on ships most of their lives, hauling and heaving at ropes and cannons. They would not be frightened by a little boy.
"Get off me," Will yelled, but none of them listened.
"I'm just going to leave a little message for your mother and then we can be off, okay?" the main pirate said.
"You scum, don't you dare do anything to my mother."
"I already told you that I wouldn't go near her so stop complaining will you? Shut him up."
One of the men grabbed a piece of cloth that was wrapped around his head and tied it around Will's mouth, sliding it between his teeth to form a gag. The cloth tasted like salt water and sweat and Will nearly choked on it. He watched helplessly as the pirate used driftwood and seaweed to write a message in the sand. It said,
"My name is Calico Jack."

Bleach Fan-fiction 20

The first person she met, after getting out of the courtyard, was Soi Fon.
"Captain Commander, ma'am. Are you alright?" she asked.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. That Sayuri was a tough little bugger. I enjoyed that fight."
"You enjoyed it ma'am?"
"Yes, because she was fighting for what I believed in and those fights are always the best. It becomes an internal battle as well as an external one when you try to figure out whether the ideals you are fighting for are better than theirs."
"Are you saying that it would have been much easier for you to kill her if she had been fighting just to kill everyone?"
"Oh, yes. If that had been the case, I would have killed her in seconds but each time I attacked there was something holding me back. That thing was my own morals," Aya explained. "Anyway, have you finished cleaning up the Hollows yet?"
"Yes ma'am. Everything has been resolved."
"Do you know where the other girl is?"
"Yes, we found her in a small building to the north. She's dead."
"Yeah, have her brought here and buried alongside her sister in their family plot. They deserve that much at lease."
"Yes, ma'am," Soi Fon said. "Do you need anything else?"
"Yes, please have all Captains gather here right now."
Soi Fon called all the Captains there with a Hell Butterflies and withing seconds they were all in front of her.
"You guys did great today. Since the current crisis is averted, I am no longer officially your Captain Commander. Until you people are ready to hold your elections or whatever you do, you will have to take care of yourself. Now I'm tired, so I'm going to sleep," Aya said and stumbled over to a nearby porch, where she lay down and was asleep in seconds. All the Captains stared at her.
"What just happened?" Captain Zaraki asked.
"She fell asleep. Should we wake her?" Captain Hitsugaya asked.
"No, let her sleep," Captain Unohana said. "That girl is truly amazing. She already passed out today, due to sever blood loss. Everything she just did was while she was very probably not at her strongest."
"Blood loss?" Captain Ukitake asked.
"Yes, I'd say that she lost four or five pints of blood before I could heal her. She awoke only minutes later because of the alarm and has been fighting in that state ever since. Not to mention, that cut that she received earlier must have cost her even more blood."
"If that is what she fights like when she is faint from blood, I dare not imagine how strong she is without it," Captain Kyoraku said. "She could very easily be as powerful as Old Man Yama was."
Captain Kuchiki walked forward and gently picked her up in his arms.
"I shall take her to her quarters at the 1st Squad barracks." He waited for anyone to object to his obvious pronouncement that she would be the next Captain Commander but no one did. He vanished as he flash-stepped her to the 1st Squad barracks.

Aya slept through the night and half-way into the next day. When she awoke, she found herself in the Captain Commander's room. She lay there for a few minutes digesting what that meant and decided that they just had no where else to put her. She got out of bed and blushed when she saw that she was no longer wearing her black kimono, but a white sleeping gown and her wounds had been healed. She wondered who had changed her. The day before she had been ready to pass out all throughout her battle and when she was finally able to relax, she forced herself to stay conscious long enough to make sure people knew what they were doing. Then she had laid down and allowed herself to faint from utter exhaustion. Now, she felt well rested for the first time in 1000 years. She walked out into the hallway and saw Chojiro standing there.
"Good morning, Captain Commander, Shihouin Aya. How was your sleep?" he asked.
"It was great. That bed's really comfortable and don't call me that. Someone else can be Captain Commander now that the crisis is over," Aya said.
"We have debated about this and have decided that until we actually hold votes you will play as acting Captain Commander so that we have someone in charge during that time."
Aya sighed.
"Are you all really that incapable of organizing yourselves?" she asked. "Whatever, I can do it I guess. Can I have some clothes?"
"Oh, yes. Right this way. We will have a meal ready by the time you are dressed. Is there anything in particular that you would like?"
"Not really. Get me anything."
For the next few days, Aya led the 13 Squads. They deliberated for quite a while as to who the next Captain Commander should be but in the end, it was Aya. Only three people did not vote for her. One was Zaraki Kenpachi, who voted for himself. Another was Kurotsuchi Mayuri, who also voted for himself, and the last was Soi Fon, who voted for Ukitake. Her arguement was that they did not know Shihouin Aya well enough and that they should wait a little longer, and while everyone agreed with this point, they also agreed that they couldn't wait much longer especially since the 3rd, 5th, and 9th Squads didn't have Captains. Aya protested a lot but in the end had no choice but accept the position. Aya worked her hardest to bring everything back into order, and in no time at all, she was actually able to pull everything that Aizen had destroyed back together.

So this is the end. I might write a sequel later, if I can find the inclination and inspiration to do so. I will also, periodically go through my stories and change things so if sometimes it's different, that's why.

Bleach Fan-fiction 19

Sayuri dodged another wall of shadows and growled at Aya. Her whole body was covered in small scratches and scrapes, from times when she had not been completely successful at dodging the lines of shadows that came at her. She was panting deeply. Finally, she decided to use her last resort and started to chant. Aya's eyes widened and she ran at Sayuri, in an attempt to stop her from opening another dimension but Sayuri just dodged and dodged still chanting in that strange language. No matter what Aya threw at her, Sayuri was still fast enough to dodge it every time. Unable to stop it, from coming, Aya prepared herself to get pulled into that world again.
"Haha, you told me that here, you couldn't use your Soul Cutter's abilities. You are finished!!" Sayuri screamed as she dove at Aya. It was Aya's turn to dodge over and over again but she realized that Sayuri was also moving more slowly and her attacks were not as powerful as before.
"Her Spirit Energy is lower. Having this world open is draining her," Aya realized. Sayuri was still a lot faster than she was though. When Aya was finally given a small opening between Sayuri's attacks, Aya held her hands in front of her and said, "Way of Destruction 33, Pale Lightning." The ball of white light hit Sayuri point blank as she moved to attack again. Aya picked up her speed, and before Sayuri could move, she was pinned under Aya's sword.
"How?" she sputtered.
"I did tell you that I couldn't use my Soul Cutter's abilities, but if I'm not mistaken, I also told you that I could fight in many other ways as well. Now you will die," Aya said, and was about to kill Sayuri when,
"Wait, I believe that you are forgetting something. Have you thought about what'll happen if you kill me while you are still in here?" Sayuri asked. Aya froze. If she was not automatically expelled from the world, then she would get stuck there for the rest of eternity without anyone to open it. Would she be able to handle that?
"Tsk," she said and instead of killing Sayuri, she leaped off of her chest.
"What's your plan though? You can't kill me either because I'm that much stronger than you and your sister is waiting for you in the other world."
"My sister is dead. You killed her," Sayuri replied, anger, a smooth undertone to her voice.
"In my defense, she did attack me. I don't think you care about that though," Aya said.
"You know I don't."
"How about we finish this in the real world where we can both fight at full strength?" Aya said. "I can tell that creating this world drained you and keeping it here is draining you as well. How about we fight full strength back in Soul Society. One final strike."
Sayuri stared at her and the sighed. Behind her, a large hole opened up in space and Aya dashed to get out of the dimension.
"This last hit will finish the battle," Sayuri said. Aya nodded and drew as many shadows as she could towards her. Sayuri pulled all of her Spirit Energy forward and yelled, "Way of Destruction, 33, Pale Lightning." They ran at each other and the darkness of the shadows collided with the bright light of Sayuri's attack. . When the crash had subsided, Aya stood there, her arms trembling from the amount of effort she put behind her attack. She panted as her muscles screamed at her. Across from her, Sayuri stood there a long slash across her chest from where Aya's shadows had penetrated her Way of Destruction.
"You are strong. I have failed not just myself but my whole family. Especially my sister, who gave her life to me so that I may stop you. It was obvious that our family should sit at your family's feet, Shihouin Aya. Never forget the power that you nobles have and how you use it," Sayuri said.
"Curse you." Then she fell to a pile on the ground. Her cat ears twitched a little and then were still.
"I was on your side the whole time, and if only my life had been at stake I would have let you claim it. Chiasa's actions were wrong, I freely admit that. It wasn't the first time that noble families took advantage of others and it won't be the last. I am sorry for what my family has done, and thank you for reminding me about what I should never do. I will remember both of you, Sayuri," Aya said, and then stumbled out of the courtyard.

Bleach Fan-fiction 18

Aya's Soul Cutter stayed the same but a soft, dark coat seemed to envelope her.
"While I was in that world of yours. I wasn't really able to use Shadow Walker as she should be used because there are no shadows there at all. It's actually quite scary for someone like me to have to fight in that position. Anyway, for 1000 years I have not used this technique but I still think I can manage, especially at this time of day," Aya said. "Do you know the power of my Bankai, Sayuri?"
"No," she said, "You rarely used it. I was almost sure that you didn't have one."
"Well my Bankai, allows me to gather and use shadows as my weapons. Do you know why I said that this would be the best time of day for me to use it?"
Sayuri looked around and frowned as she realized where the sun was.
"Do you know why I can fight so well without my Soul Cutter? It's because, as I was growing up my family was worried about this great weakness is my Soul Cutter. It was that if I fought someone on a flat plain or right at mid-day when the sun is directly above everything, I would not be able to fight at all, so I trained for this eventuality to come along and I avoided having to fight at that time," Aya explained. "Contrary to that, is that at times like these, when shadows stretch across the ground, I am very powerful. You should have attacked me at noon, child, especially since you knew the power of my Soul Cutter."
Sayuri's eyes widened as Aya drew the shadows towards her so that they writhed and churned around her body like dark flames. Aya sent the shadows flying at Sayuri, who was just able to dodge them on time to not get hit. Time and time again, Aya sent the shadows flying at Sayuri, who dodged them each time but was unable to attack.

At the same time...

Soi Fon and Yoruichi searched together for the other Sayuri with little luck. Suddenly, behind them, they heard shouts and screams and they changed course to go in that direction. There, they found hundreds of Hollows flowing out of a hole in the sky.
"That looks like the hole that Aya came out of," Yoruichi said. "The girl must be nearby. Let's find her."
"Yes, Lady Yoruichi," Soi Fon replied, following her. They checked all the nearby houses. It was a long while before they were able to detect a faint trace of Spirit Energy, which was all the small girl had left in her. They walked into the house and saw her lying on the floor, blood flowing steadily from her wound.
"You want to finish me off?" Sayuri asked.
"No, we just want you to stop those Hollows from attacking. Please close that portal of yours," Yoruichi said.
"No, I'm going to die anyway so I may as well leave this for you to remember me by. Otherwise, I'll just become another one of your enemies. I want you to remember me as the relentless one who would not give up, even after she died."
"Your sister has abandoned you. She left you here bleeding and took your Spirit Energy. Why must you keep doing this?" Soi Fon asked.
"Our only goal is to kill all the Shihouin. If she needed me to die and she needed my Spirit Energy for that to happen, then that's fine by me but I will make a great mess before I go." Sayuri said. "I trust my sister with everything. We agreed that if one of us got wounded, not to give up."
Yoruichi and Soi Fon glanced at each other in pain and sorrow. It would not have been easy to make that choice for either of them.
"How about we heal you, if you close that portal thing up there? If you cooperate with us we will take care of you," Yoruichi said.
"That's a bluff and anyway, I already told you that I was not going to do that because I will end this here and now. Please let me die in peace, I don't want my enemy's face to be the last thing I see. I trust my sister to finish everything and that is enough for me to be willing to give up my life. Now you two should probably go help deal with those Hollows," Sayuri said, closing her eyes.
Yoruichi a Soi Fon watched her and then walked out of the room. Above them, they saw the portal slowly close and then vanish from sight. They dashed off to help destroy the Hollows.

Bleach Fan-fiction 17

Back to present...

"Ryota managed to escape and dedicated the rest of his life to get revenge on the Shihouin family. When he died, he passed that duty on to his son and along with it, his abilities and Spirit Energy. We will keep on fighting for this purpose until we have had revenge of the Shihouin family," Sayuri said. Aya flinched away from their harsh words.
"You can't blame us for what Chiasa did. I admit what she did was bad but I would never do that. You can't blame me for that," Aya said.
"You are her ancestors. You probably inherited her evil ways. You don't deserve to live. We will kill you now," Sayrui said and as one, they dove at Aya. She flicked her sword up, deflecting the small dagger that one of the girls was holding, while twisting her body away to avoid getting hit by the other girl. Pushing into her Soul Cutter, she pushed against the first girl sending her reeling backwards and at the same time, kicked the other girl in the stomach so that she also flew backwards. They both glared at her and said, "Way of Destruction 4, Pale Lighting." Identical streaks of lightning flew at Aya and she flashed away to avoid them, appearing behind one of the girls. But she was fast enough to be able to kick Aya away with her small legs. The other one flashed behind her, and was about to plunge her knife into Aya's back, but Aya twisted away and slashed her from her shoulder to her thigh as she tried to dodge away.
"Sister!" the other girl called out, for the first time, speaking without her other half. She raced forward and held her sister in her arm.
"You won't get away with this Shihouin brat. I will kill you," she said.
Aya felt a shift in her Spirit Energy and realized that she was pulling her sister's into her own body and combining it with her own so that her Spirit Energy doubled.
"Stay out of this, sister. I will handle this," she said and almost faster than Aya could follow, Sayuri dove at her, with her hand stretched out in front of her, "Way of Destruction 33, Blue Firefall," she screamed and a ball of blue light appeared in her hands. Aya's eyes widened as she realized that she would not be able to evade it. She brought Shadow Walker up in front of her and pushed her Spirit Energy forward to try to deflect it. The blue ball of light flew to every side of her and as soon as it was safe, Aya dove through it, bringing Shadow Walker down in front of her but Sayuri was already gone, and stood behind, Aya with her small dagger ready to attack. Only, Aya's quick reflexes saved her from getting impaled in the heart by the small dagger. Instead, it craved a thick slash at her hip making Aya's blood drip to the floor.
"Slice, Shadow Walker." Her sword turned the color of shadows and Aya sliced at the shadow on the floor but Sauryi was already gone.
"I have learned of your abilities and I know how to counter them. Don't even try to get my shadow because it won't work," Sayuri said, her voice becoming hard and mocking. Aya's expression darkened. Around her, she became vaguely aware of the Captains around her attempting to help but unable to follow the battle.
"Captain Commander, you're hurt," Captain Ukitake said.
"I am well aware, Captain. Thank you for notifying me though. Have any of you noticed that the other one is gone? Maybe you should work on stopping whatever she is planning on doing. I can handle this one," she said, not taking her eyes of Sayuri.
"Yes, Ma'am," they said and most ran off in different directions, searching for the girl. Yoruichi and Soi Fon stayed behind as they were the only two able to even follow the exchange of blows that was going on.
"Soi Fon, please go help the other Captains. They will need your speed to find them," she said. Soi Fon hesitated, glancing from Yoruichi to Sayuri but then said,
"Yes ma'am," and vanished.
"Yoruichi, I have no right to send you away seeing as it is your family as well and seeing how I don't actually have jurisdiction over you, but there is another girl out there planning to do something so I feel that maybe your skills would be better used on her," Aya said. Yoruichi stared at her steadily.
"Okay, I'll leave her to you. Don't let her get revenge on our noble family," Yoruichi said and disappeared along with Soi Fon.
"You have sent away all of your allies. This ends now," Sayuri said. Aya looked at her and calmly said,
"Bankai."

Bleach Fan-fiction 16

It wasn't over though. From behind Soi Fon, a loud screech came from Ryota's mouth and that screech turned into an angry growl as they jumped at Aya. Aya jumped away, landing gently on a nearby roof.
"The scary man failed. We will have to get our hands dirty," they said together, glaring at Aya. Aya stared at them in surprise and said the first thing that came to mind, "What?"
"Scary man was supposed to kill you and Soul Society too. Scary man failed so we will kill everyone. Starting with you, Shihouin Aya," they growled. "You all wondered where the overlapping Spirit Energy I have comes from. Well, it was inherited from out great-great-great-great-great grandfather, who is the one who stuck you in that world." It was Aya's turn to growl at the girls as they smirked at her. "In our family, this ability is passed down from generation to generation when the last wielder dies. The only problem is that this time, there is no one else for this power to be passed to. We will use this power for the purpose that it was originally intended. WE WILL USE IT TO DESTROY THE SHIHOUIN CLAN AND THE REST OF SOUL SOCIETY!!!"

Flashback to over a thousand years ago...

Shihouin Chiasa jumped through the trees, swinging off branches and bursting through puffs of leaves. Every so often, she would check behind her to see if the young boy was still following her.
"Hey, Ryota, where are you?" she called out, when he was no longer behind her.
"Boo," he called as he jumped up in front of her from a nearby branch. Chiasa squealed in delight and mock fright as she jumped back from him.
"You wanna go to the valley today?" she asked him.
"Sure, nothing better to do."
Together the two children flipped and jumped through the trees till they got to the valley. There they tumbled together in the grass and flowers, jumping behind over and around each other. Suddenly, behind them, a tall man with dark hair and even darker eyes appeared.
"Chiasa, it's time for you to go train. Forget this boy. You must become stronger, strong enough to take the head of our great family," he said.
"Yes, Father. I will go now," she bowed to the man. "Hey,Ryota meet me again tomorrow. I'll see you then."
"Okay. See you then." Ryota smiled widely at Chiasa.

A few years later...
"You saw the young princess again, even though we told you not to. If you do this again, we will punish you greatly for your offense," the men from the Stealth Force told Ryota. He frowned at them but stayed strong. He would never leave the princess because she was his everything. He had learned long ago that telling the men this, would only get him a good beating around the ears so he kept his mouth shut and just glared at them. After a few minutes, they threw him, unceremoniously, out into the rain and laughed as he stood up from the mud but Ryota had never let this bother him before and would not let it bother him now.

Years later, when they are both adults...
Chiasa and Ryota were walking along the path around the palace, doing their best no to get caught by the guards. Chiasa had been acting differently for a long while by then and Ryota was beginning to worry that being the head of the Shihouin house was too much for her but Chiasa wouldn't talk to him about it. That bothered him as well. She had used to tell him everything. Even now, as they walked together, she barely said a word and ignored all of Ryota's attempts at conversation. Finally unable to bear it anymore he asked, "Are you alright, you seem kind of quiet?"
Chiasa looked at him with her dark eyes full of scorn.
"It's none of your concern and what do you know about me. You are no one and you don't know what my life is like," she said, quietly so as not to disturb the guards.
"If I am no one, why do you keep calling me out here? Why do you talk to me? Is there something you need from me or do you just enjoy standing there and torturing me?" Ryota glowered at her.
"I am bored," Chiasa said, "I'm leaving." And she walked off into the night. Ryota had no choice but to watch her retreating figure and wonder what the hell he did wrong that time.

Three days later...
"Sigeo Ryota, you are under arrest for the murder of Shihouin Takahiro having occurred three nights ago at 10 o'clock. The punishment for this crime is death. Your execution will be held in three days," the man in the robe said.
"What? Impossible. Three nights ago, I was with Chiasa. Chiasa, tell them please. I didn't do this. You know that. I was with you at that time. Please tell them," he begged, calling to Chiasa, who was calmly sitting in the stands above the court. She looked at him and for a second, Ryota thought that he saw a little of the girl she had used to be but just as quickly it was gone.
"Chiasa, is what this man is saying true? I thought you would never see him again," the judge asked.
"This man is lying. I did not see him that night and I will never see him again, I hope. After he murdered my father, I don't want to see him again. Ryota, we used to be friends and I don't understand why you would ever do this to my father, who was never anything but kind to you. Get him out of my sight I never want to see him again."
"CHIASA," Ryota yelled, as the guards dragged him from the room. "CHIASA."

Bleach Fan-fiction 15

"Get out of here," she said to the man from Squad 4 and he nodded and ran of, almost frozen with fear. Aya got to her feet tiredly and watched the man. He had black hair that curled and tumbled to just past his ears, he had black eyes wreathed with black circles as if he had not been sleeping well.
"Who are you?" she asked him.
"I am the one that will destroy Soul Society and then build it again from the ashes," he said.
"Okay. What's your name?"
"Hajime."
"Why do you want to destroy Soul Society?"
"So that I can build a better one."
"What's wrong with the one now?"
"There are bad things. I remember before I died. I was promised a paradise, a place where I would be safe. I ended up in the worst district of Rukongai and my life was even worse than when I was alive. I will make a Soul Society where everyone is happy and safe."
"How do you remember what happened before you died? For most people, their memories fade after a few weeks."
"Mine didn't. I always remembered what happened when I was alive and I will never forget. I will rebuild Soul Society from scratch."
"Are you sure that killing all of these people is the best way to do this. I mean they also want to keep on living."
"They are sacrifices that must be made for the future souls that come this way. The future souls will be told of them and they will honor them greatly."
"Right, whatever you say. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to stop you. The best way for me to do that is to kill you, it seems. Are you going to fight, or will you make this easy for me?" Aya asked, a grin spreading across her face as she drew Shadow Walker. Her Soul Cutter gleamed in the sunlight as she flashed forward and slashed at the man. He was fast though and was able to bring his sword up just before she cut through his throat with hers. She fainted low and kicked up high, slamming her foot into Hajime's jaw. He flew back and she jumped on his chest and then sliced down with her Soul Cutter. Again, he stopped her before she was actually able to slice him. She growled and pushed harder on her Soul Cutter but the man slipped away from her grip and jumped into the air. Aya jumped up to meet him and their swords clashed time and time again, until finally they pushed away from one another.
"You are stronger that I anticipated and it seems that I won't be able to do this without using a few tricks," Aya said. She held her Soul Cutter in front of her and said,
"Slice, Shadow Walker."
Her Soul Cutter turned black , like the shadows and Hajime narrowed his eyes. Aya stared at him and then threw her Soul Cutter down to the ground, which was now far, far below them. Then she jumped at him, going a lot more slowly than she previously had. Hajime watched her but did not move. Still moving slowly towards him, Aya waited patiently and hoped she hadn't miscalculated. Then, Hajime's chest burst open in a fountain of blood. His eyes widened in surprise and he growled,
"How?"
"My Soul Cutter's ability is to be able to attack my opponent's shadow as well as their body. Wherever Shadow Walker hits in the shadow, it becomes a real wound on the person's body. Most people have enough trouble defending their real bodies from attacks and it would get so much harder if they had to defend their shadow as well, especially since they're not used to it. I just threw Shadow Walker down to your shadow and it seems that she pierced your heart. You are dead. Sorry about your dream. It's a good one but the ends do not justify the means." Aya flashed down to where Shadow Walker was and pulled her out of Hajime's shadow and he fell to the ground. Aya caught him and gently placed him on the ground.
"I'll see what I can do about your dream," she whispered to him as he closed his eyes and died. Just as he died in her arms, all the Captains came running into the courtyard.
"Captain Commander, are you alright?" Captian Ukitake asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. This is the person who orchestrated all of this. I'm afraid I may have killed him," she said and then sat back on her hunches and sighed. "I'm glad this is over," she said.

Bleach Fan-fiction 14

Yamamoto was sure of his decision in a way that he had only been a few times before. When he had asked Sakura to marry him was one, even though she had turned him down. Another was when he had accepted the position of Captain Commander. He knew that he was leaving the 13 Squads in good hands though he had not seen Aya in 1000 years. He still trusted her wholeheartedly and was ready to give up everything for her. It was her smile that flashed through his mind as he drew up all of his Spirit Energy into Ryuujin Jakka, his Soul Cutter and prepared to slide it into the wall. He took one last look at Seireitei and then pushed his Soul Cutter into the wall. The last thing he saw was a bright light.

Everyone in Seireitei felt the swell in Spirit Energy as it was released into the wall. The moment Aya's bonds were broken, she ran to the window and searched the wall for anything she could find but what Urahara and Captain Kurotsuchi had said was true. Surrounding the area where the wall had been was a mile long strip of land where there were no longer buildings, plants, or any life signs at all. All there was, was dust. Aya suppressed tears as she let out a howl of frustration. Then, she marched out of the office that she refused to admit belonged to her and said to Chojiro, "Tell everyone to attack and pay attention to who the perpetrator might be. Yamamoto was right though, we have to save the people in the villages first. Protecting the souls comes first. Oh, and tell them that I am going to fight and if they have problems find me in Rukongai, my old hometown." Aya's expression had gotten dangerously dark and scary.
"Yes, Ma'am," Chojiro said and immediately followed her orders.
"Let's go guys. All of you will fight."
They nodded.

Aya leaped into battle with Shadow Walker with full fervor. She sliced through the Hollows with amazing speed and ease. Each time she killed one, another jumped in its place but she didn't mind. With no one else to blame, all her anger and sadness over Genryuusai's death went into destroying the Hollows one by one. Slice after slice, she made sure that the Hollows disintegrated. It didn't even take her two hours to single-handedly clear out all of Rukongai. When she did, she made her way back to Seireitei. There were still battles going on all around the main city but most of the disaster had been cleared. All of the Captains had already returned to Seireitei, leaving the battle to their subordinates. They all reported success in their section and Aya nodded a curt reply, barely able to stand on her feet anymore. She still was not completely over her extreme loss of blood earlier and two hours of fighting had not helped but she was sure that she would be fine. She sat down in the shade of one the buildings and allowed someone from the 4th Squad to heal the minor wounds that coated her body. It was just as she was sure that the worst had passed that she felt a Spirit Energy fill up the whole courtyard where she stood. She looked across to see a man dressed from head to toe in black, around him, his Spirit Energy glowed black and flames flickered around him.
"A man as dark as night, wreathed in flames and darkness," she whispered to herself.

Bleach Fan-fiction 13

No one moved. They were frozen in place. Only Aya was able to react but she was unable to move anyway, because of the Captain Commander's bonds.
"Don't just stand there. Get your men away from the wall or we will have more than one death on her hands." Her voice was total deadpan but it alerted everyone to what they should be doing. Each of the Captains ran off in different directions to go help their squads. Urahara, Yoruichi, and Ichigo stayed behind and tried to help Aya get out of her bonds.
"It won't work," she said, "That was the most powerful Way of Binding there is, done by the most powerful Soul Reaper in all of Soul Society. Even I won't be able to break it until he himself releases it."
All emotion had left her voice. There were no longer tears streaking her face but the stains of where they had run before were still there.
"Can you all tell me who my Lieutenant is, so that I can ask him to get his men out of the line of fire --"
"There is no need. Captain Commander Yamamoto already explained everything to me and I have called all of our men back," a man with gray hair and a mustache said.
"You are Squad 1's lieutenant? What is your name?" Aya asked.
"I am Chojiro Sasakibe. I will follow your every order," he said, bowing.
"Great," Aya sighed, "Please send a messenger to all the Squads saying that they are to ready themselves for battle the moment that barrier is down. I want the 4th Squad to prepare the barracks for any wounded and set up posts near the wall so that they are nearer as well. I want the 12th Squad to get me as much intel on what is going on on the outside of that barrier so that we know how to act. Tell the Stealth Force and the 2nd Squad as well, if needed, to set up a guard around the perimeter of Seireitei so that no Hollows can come in. All other Squads are to prepare to fight and kill all the Hollows. I want the 1st Squad to find out who planned this and why they did. Also, all Squads must find and capture this person as soon as possible. Please send this message out to everyone."
"Yes, ma'am," Chojiro said, watching Aya in new eyes as she easily slipped into her leadership role. He left and sent Hell Butterflies to the Captains of all the Squads.
"I'm impressed," Urahara said, "You seem to know what you are doing."
"I don't but the trick is to make it sound like you do," Aya replied. Urahara laughed.
"You probably shouldn't tell anyone out of this room what you just said."
"It's not like I'm totally inexperienced. I was a Captain before everything went haywire. I'm not totally incompetent," she sighed. The light had yet to come back into her eyes and her voice was still in a dead monotone.
"Shihouin Aya. You are my ancestor. I must say that it is a little strange for me to speaking so directly to someone that I had studied about when I was learning about my family tree," Yoruichi said.
"You are of the Shihouin Clan?"
"Yep, I'm afraid I may have abandoned it a little though when I ran away with a traitor to Soul Society."
"I suppose you had a good reason and that you've been forgiven if you are standing so calmly in this office."
"Not totally forgiven but they let me come back here every once in a while if they really need my help." Aya snorted. Then everyone fell into silence as they waited for the bonds around Aya's body to break.
Twenty minutes later, Chojiro opened the door and said, "Everyone is together and ready to take on the Hollows. We have five minutes left. Is there anything you need me to do, Captain Commander Ma'am?" he asked.
"Yes, tell everyone in the 13 Squads that until the wall breaks down they are to stay still in respectful silence, in honor of your Captain Commander," she said, her eyes sad and dark.
"Yes, Ma'am," Chojiro said and walked quickly out of the door to spread the message to everyone.
For the last three minutes of Captain Commander Yamamoto Genryuusai's life, thousands of his followers stood in complete silence as they waited for him to commit his final act to save them.

Bleach Fan-fiction 12

"We won't like it? What is it?" Yamamoto asked.
"I will only say this once, so call everyone you need to call before I start. I hate having to explain everything twice," Kurotsuchi said. A few minutes later, when all the Captains had gathered, he began to explain.
"The wall is made of pure Spirit Energy that was drawn from nearby buildings and just the general atmosphere of  Soul Society. It does not need to replenish itself because once it is in place, it feeds on itself to stay standing. This means that it's never going to crumble or fall so we will be caged in if we can't get out. The only way to break out of it, is to directly attack it with a hit of Spirit Energy which is greater than the Spirit Energy in the wall. Here is the first bad part: Only three people in all of Soul Society that have that kind of Spirit Energy. The Captain Commander is one, Captain Kenpachi Zaraki is another, and Ichigo Kurosaki is the last."
"Sorry to interrupt," Aya said, "But if that's the case then there are four. I have a similar Spirit Energy to that of the Captain Commander's. If he can do it, so can I."
"Alright, then there are four, if you decide to believe her," Captain Kurotsuchi said, ignoring Aya's sounds of protest. "Regardless, here is the second piece of bad news. The moment this Spirit Energy is released into the wall, the wall will explode, disintegrating everything within a mile radius of it. This means that we will have to get all the Soul Reapers to the center of Seireitei, sacrifice a few buildings and, here the best part, whoever releases the Spirit Energy into the wall will die. There is no getting through this fact, I have rechecked and rechecked more times than I'd like to admit. There are no mistakes." He bowed his head in respect.
"Not to insult your skills Mayuri but this is an important matter, may I check your ovservations?" Urahara said, wading into dangerous territories.
"I have made no mistakes," he said, in outrage.
"I don't doubt that but this is one of those things that I like to see with my own eyes," Urahara replied.
"Fine," Kurotsuchi said, and handed the information to Urahara, who read it over calmly, his expression getting darker and darker.
"This is not good," Urahara said.
"Is there no way around it?" Ichigo asked.
"Isn't that what I just said?" Captain Kurotsuchi asked.
"There isn't," Urahara replied.
"Then I'll do it," Ichigo said.
"No I'll do it. You have a family and friends waiting for you. You can't abandon them," Aya said, "I will do it. There is nothing for me to lose, any more." Her expression was determined but also a little sad.
"Way of Binding 99: Seal. " Four thick strands of spiritual fabric burst from the floor and snapped around Aya's body, pulling her down to the ground. She struggled harshly against it but couldn't move.
"Why, Genryuusai? Why?" she yelled at the Captain Commander.
"I will not allow you to throw your life away when you just got out of that world of yours. I will not let you abandon everything just because I can't deal with everything around me. Please take care of my people. I will destroy the wall."
Everyone in the room froze. Even Sayuri, who had been yanking at Soi Fon's arms froze. Then everyone began to speak at once.
"Captain Commander, sir..."
"Don't do this..."
"We need someone to lead us..."
"Don't leave us alone..."
"This is the worst thing you could do right now..."
The voices began to overlap and become louder and louder until the Captain Commander pounded his staff loudly on the floor, shutting everyone up.
"I have decided and I will not go back on that decision. I will leave Aya in my place as your leader. Follow all her orders at least until this battle is over and you can formally chose another Captain Commander. I am leaving you all in good hands and I am giving this up for you because I care about all of you. Solve this business and use the opening that I will create. Do not make my death in vain."
Everyone looked at him, some angry, others scared, a few seemingly indifferent, and one crying and yelling on the floor.
"I won't let you do this Genryuusai. I won't let you give up your life for me. I won't, I won't, I won't. Let me go!!" she screamed, tears streaming down her face, "You're the last thing that I have left. Don't do this please."
"The bonds will break when I die. Stop crying and behave like a Captain Commander, because that is what you are now. Don't let my 13 Squads fall to shame. Tell everyone that they have have an hour to get away from the wall before they will be disintegrated," he said, and then he vanished from sight.

Bleach Fan-fiction 11

"When all the black ones are here..." Soi Fon let the sentence hang in the air and watched as the idea slowly dawned on the Captain Commander.
"Call all Captains here immediately," he said to the messenger, who bowed and ran off to call the Captains.
"All the black ones? What is going on?" Ichigo asked angrily.
"All of the Soul Reapers in the real world and in Soul Society are trapped inside Seireitei while Hollows are ravaging the rest of Soul Society and if we don't stop them soon, the balance of souls in Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, and the real world will  be upset and the whole universe will crumble. Not to mention a thousand souls will probably die," Yoruichi said, a rough edge creeping into her voice.
"Well what do we do?" he asked angrily.
"My, my, aren't you a feisty one," Aya said, "Relax, we have to think this through calmly or we won't reach any conclusion at all. We have to find out how to break through the barrier first and to do this we have to find out what kind of barrier it is. If you do things too quickly you will probably end up hurting yourself more than solving the problem."
Ichigo pouted at her but forced himself to relax as they waited for the Captains to arrive. When they did, the Captain Commander filled them all in on everything that had occurred since the last meeting.
"Captain Kurotsuchi, could you please analyze the barrier and also how we can get through it. Try to find a way to get out as soon as you can. I want the 2nd, 10th, and 13th Squads searching the perimeter for a way to get out. 8th Division, check to see if the World Penetration Gate is working. Other divisions stay on alert for anything out of the usual. We must find whoever caused this but our first priority is to help the people of Soul Society. Dismissed."
Everyone parted ways. The girls stayed with Soi Fon, who ran off to coordinate with her Squad. The only ones who remained in the Captain Commander's office were Yoruichi, Urahara, Isshin, Ichigo, Yamamoto, and Aya.
"What if we can't get back to the real world? Karin and Yuzu are home alone. We can't just leave them there," Isshin said.
"Well, even if the World Penetration Gate isn't working, I have an amulet that will take you back but it will only work once so I can only send one person there," Urahara said.
"Dad, you go. I can deal with things here, please don't worry about me," Ichigo said.
"I always worry about you but okay. I have to help Yuzu and Karin. Be safe son," Isshin replied patting his son on the back. Urahara gave the amulet to Isshin and pressed his thumb to the center and sent a small blast of Spirit Energy into and Isshin disappeared.
"He'll be fine. Now all we have to do is figure out how to get back," Urahara said.
"Why does he make it sound so easy?" Ichigo whispered under his breath.
"We must wait until Captain Kurotsuchi gives us his report. Until then, Aya, could you please fill us in on what happened?"
So Aya did. She explained the man in battle and was delighted to hear that they had caught him and a little confused to hear the Sayuri had the same Spirit Energy; she explained, as well as she could, how the world was but it was impossible to describe the total lack of anything to people who had not seen it; she explained how she had trained, fought Hollows, and talked to her sword; and she explained the lack of time, which cleared up why she had not changed at all, and all her injuries to everyone there.
"Well, that was very interesting and I wonder where the ability that Sayuri has comes from. I will have Kurotsuchi examine a world if he can and I will see if I can ask the girls to help me out a bit and tell me about their abilities. I really want to know why their Spirit Energy is the same as that man's. But first things first, we have to try to get out of here."
Everyone nodded and stood, just as the door opened and Captain Kurotsuchi came in.
"I have found a way to get out," he said, "But you're not going to like it."

Bleach Fan-fiction 10

The moment Aya's feet touched the ground in front of the bubble, blood exploded from various cuts and scrapes across her body. Most were not very bad but they covered her from head to toe and there were a few that cut deep into her skin. Aya fell to the floor, unable to support her weight on her torn up legs. Soi Fon caught her gently before she hit the floor and allowed her to slide down. Behind her, the portal to the other world closed up and Sayuri slid to the floor in exhaustion. Captain Unohana walked forward and gently placed her hands over Aya's body and started to murmur and grab bandages and wipes. She dutifully and meticulously closed up all of Aya's cuts but not before her eyes closed as she fainted from blood loss. Then she progressed to healing them all. By the time she was done, an hour had passed and everyone was sitting against the walls waiting for her to be okay. Finally Captain Unohana leaned away and wiped her hands clean on a white towel.
"She'll be fine, just wait a bit for her to wake up," she said and packed up her stuff and walked out of the room.
"Please prepare a place for her to rest while we decide what to do and we figure out why you people are here," Yamamoto said, and as soon as those words left his mouth the alarm sounded.
Everyone leaped to their feet and Sayuri started to wail. Soi Fon ran over to them and held them carefully in her arms. On the floor, Aya stirred and then sat up.
"That's a nostalgic sound," she said, "What's going on?"
"You're not ready to sit up yet," Ichigo said, "Lay back down."
Aya waved him away.
"I'm fine. So what's all the commotion about, Yama?"
"I don't know yet. We have to wait a bit."
"Shouldn't you be the fist to know?" Aya asked skeptically just as a messenger burst into the room.
"Sir, a large barrier has been put up around Seireitei and Hollows are starting to flow into the rest of Soul Society. We can't get out to help them. What should we do?" he asked.
"Call the Captains here, the Soul Reapers that are stationed out of Seireitei should be able to hold them off until we are able to break through this barrier."
"That's the problem, sir. We have no people outside. Apparently they were all called back here by yourself, sir. There is no one in the real world or in the rest of Soul Society. Everyone is caught inside this giant bubble."
The Captain Commander's eyes flew open.
"What? I did not call them back. What are you talking about?"
"It seems to me that whoever called us back, called everyone else back under your name," Kisuke said, "This really is a mystery. I wonder who did this."
Sayuri started to whimper.
"It's started," they said, "The scary man is here." All eyes turned to the two cat girls as they trembled and shook in Soi Fon's arms.
"All the black ones," Soi Fon said, and walked over to the Captain Commander's window, which overlooked the 13 Squads' barracks. Below thousands and thousands of Soul Reapers were rushing here and there trying to deal with the incoming crisis.
All of them were dressed in the traditional uniform: black kimonos.

Bleach Fan-fiction 9

Aya was just relaxing in the air or whatever was in the empty space of her dimension when the words started. They were faint at first, as if from a distant memory, but they gradually got louder and louder. The words were formed by the combined voices of two young girls accentuated by small growls and purrs. As the words got louder, the world began to shake more and more. She pulled Shadow Walker out of her sheath and held it out in front of her, not that she knew how she was going to use it against a collapsing world. The voices got louder and louder, chanting in an unknown language, and just as Aya was sure that the world was going to fall apart, a small tear appeared in front of her. She gripped her sword in front of her strongly and prepared to fight whatever was on the other side but instead of the battlefield or hell that she had been expecting, she entered in on a very familiar sight. It was the Captain Commander's office. In it there were two girls that looked like cats; a young woman wearing the same uniform as she was; another, older woman with dark skin, purple hair, and wearing an orange sweatshirt; a man wearing ugly, wrinkled robes with frizzy hair and a fan; a tall, strong man with dark hair; and a younger boy, about eighteen with bright orange hair and a Soul Cutter three times the size of hers. There was also an old man, powerfully built man with a cane. He saw her and said, "Aya."
"Hello, Captain Commander Sir," she said, respectfully bowing.
"No need for that. Come on out," the Captain Commander said, gesturing emphatically. There was something vaguely familiar about him but Aya couldn't place it.
"I can't. It's hard to explain but the moment I do, I will start bleeding in various places and will probably bleed out in a matter of minutes."
"Yoruichi, please call Captain Unohana here so that she can heal Shihouin Aya as soon as she steps out," Yamamoto said, and Yoruichi vanished as she flashed to the 4th Sqaud's barracks.
"Will this work out?" the Captain Commander asked.
"Probably, if she's really quick about it, Captain Commander Sir," Aya replied in a calm, polite voice.
"Please don't be so formal with me Aya," the Captain Commander said, "We have known each other for a long time."
"I'm sorry, sir, but I don't ..." her voice drifted off and here eyes widened.
"Genryuusai!" she said, and a soft smile spread across her lips, "You've gotten old. How long has it been since I vanished anyway?"
"About a 1000 years," Yamamoto anwered.
"Wow, and you're still alive? That's pretty cool." Aya's tone had completely changed from formal to very playful and familiar. Everyone there was a bit thrown off by it and also by how much the Captain Commander's tone matched hers. Then, Aya's eyes darkened.
"Is anyone else still...?"
"No, I'm sorry all the Captains and even Lieutenants since then have died. No one survived."
Aya inhaled in a move that Soi Fon recognized very well and then lightning exploded from her back. She was looking down so Soi Fon could not see her expression but when Aya let loose a long stream of Flash Cry into the emptiness around her, Soi Fon could guess her feelings.
"Everyone..." she whispered under her breath and let loose another stream of Flash Cry, just as Yoruichii returned with Captain Unohana.
"You may step out now, Aya. Captain Unohana will heal all of your wounds so please step out," Yamamoto said. Aya loosened her clenched fists and allowed the halo of Flash Cry that was surrounding her to fade. She finally looked up and Soi Fon saw tears streaking her face.
"Everyone..." she whispered again before stepping out of the hole in the air and exploding in blood.

Bleach Fan-fiction 8

"Tell us what you know, Captain Soi Fon."
"Yes, sir. Well, as you know, Sayuri originally described the scary man, as 'a man as dark as night wreathed in flames and darkness'. Later as I talked to them, they said he had a great pressure and as I encouraged more description, I have come to believe that they are referring to a strong Spirit Energy. They also said that he can run like winds and that he can build walls where none exist. I believe that they mean that he is a fast runner but I can't understand what they mean by the building walls part. A lot of what they say is cryptic but when I asked them when the man was coming, they said, 'Soon. When all the black ones are here, then he will come.'"
"Who are the black ones?" Captain Kyoraku asked.
"I don't know and they can't tell me more. Whenever I ask for more information they just repeat what was already said. I can't get anything else from them."
"It's not much but we will do what we can with it," Yamamoto said.
"This Captain meeting is adjourned."
"Yes Sir!"

It was a few weeks before things started to go tipsy. Sayuri now were completely attached to Soi Fon but she didn't mind and actually had started to care about them quite a bit. The day that Yamamoto asked the girls to get his precious Aya back was the day that everything fell apart.
"Okay, Sayuri, can you open to the world with Shihuoin Aya in it?"
The girls nodded.
"Will you please do that for me?"
The girls blinked and then nodded.
"Do you need anything or can you just...?"
"We do not need anything. Please step aside."
Yamamoto obeyed immediately. Soi Fon had never seen him as excited or nervous as he was in that exact moment. She wondered what this girl had meant to him. Sayuri put their hands out in front of them and started to speak together in a language that Soi Fon didn't understand. About halfway through the incantation the front door of the Captain Commander's office flew open and in walked Ichigo, Isshin, Yoruichi, and Urahara. Soi Fon jumped in surprise and the Captain Commander blinked. Sayuri did not even stutter in their incantation.
"What is the meaning of this?" the Captain Commander asked.
"What do you mean 'what is the meaning of this'? You called us here," Ichigo replied in his usual rude manner.
"I most certainly did not," the Captain Commander replied.
Yoruichi and Urahara looked at each other in surprise.
"Sir, I don't think I am mistaken. We all got hell butterflies from you that said that we were to meet you here as soon as we could," Urahara said.
Everyone looked at each other in confusion. Soi Fon did not take her eyes off of Yoruichi, appreciating how calm she was even in the dubious situation. "Of course she wouldn't get worked up," she thought, "She's too poised. Lady Yoruichi is like that." Soi Fon smiled internally. Just as everyone was about to talk again, Sayori stopped their incantation. An orb of white light came from their hands and expanded to create a hole in empty air. In the stood a girl wearing the special uniform of the Stealth Force commander and a black sword in her hand.
"Aya," the Captain Commander said.

Bleach Fan-fiction 7

It was another week before Oomaeda reported the girls' Spirit Energy to Soi Fon. As soon as she got news she rushed out of Seireitei as fast as she could, which ended up being in about 5 minutes. Then, she calmly walked over to Sayuri.
"Help us," they said together.
"What do you need?" Soi Fon asked.
"The scary man is coming. You need to help us. Please help us."
"Please don't run away when I ask this but are you afraid of Seireitei?"
"We do not want to go there. The scary man will go there."
"Who is the scary man?"
"A man as black as night wreathed in flames and darkness."
Soi Fon's eyes widened. This sounded serious if Sayuri was/were telling the truth.
"Can't really protect you unless you come in to Seireitei. I will do my best to take care of you there if that's what you really want."
The girls blinked and Soi Fon realized that every move they made was identical as if they were looking in a mirror.
"We will go to Seireitei but please protect us," they said slowly but passionately.
Soi Fon nodded. "Okay, let's go."

After that, Sayuri would only ever answer to Soi Fon no matter what. They followed her around tirelessly and their speed actually allowed them to keep up pretty well. The third day that they were there, Yamamoto asked to speak to them.
"Hello, Sayuri. I have some questions. Will you answer them?" he asked as kindly as he could.
As one, the girls looked at Soi Fon, who nodded and so they said.
"Okay."
"This world of nothing that you told Soi Fon about, what is it?"
"It is a world with nothing except what we want."
"Where is this world?"
"It is inside of us and we make it come out."
"Is there anyone else there?"
"No, our world is our own. Her world is her own."
"So there are other worlds."
"Yes."
"Do they come from you as well?"
"No, but we can see them and open them."
"Can you o-"
"We're sleepy. Can we sleep?"
Yamamoto looked at Sayuri as they yawned in unison and said, "Soi Fon, take them to sleep somewhere I will ask them more questions tomorrow. Come back after you have put them to sleep."
"Yes, sir."

Soi Fon put the girls to sleep, gently petting their hair and humming under her breath to calm them. They were asleep in seconds. As soon as they dozed off, she went back to the Captain Commander.
"I want you to ask the girls about the scary man and see what you can find out. If what they tell us is true we may be in danger."
"Yes sir."
"Report anything of interest back to me."
"Yes sir."
"Dismissed."

Bleach Fan-fiction 6

Kurotsuchi was interested. The mystery of the young girls mesmerized him and he worked day and night to solve it. The age of the girls and their capability to contain Spirit Energy did not match the amount of pure Spirit Energy  that was flowing out of their bodies. Another strange thing was the undercurrent of a slightly different Spirit Energy that was almost completely masked by the greater, stronger, Spirit Energy that ran from their bodies. This other Spirit Energy seemed to fit them better and if Kurotsuchi was not wrong, and he rarely was, it seemed like someone had given the girls it's Spirit Energy added to their own.
"This is very strange," he said.
"Yes Sir Mayuri," Nemu, his assistant said.
"I will figure this out," he said.
"Yes Sir Mayuri," Nemu said.

Soi Fon waited for the girls to return but they never did.
"What did I say? Was it something about going into the city?" Soi Fon frowned, deep in thought.
"Hey, Captain, what do we do now?" Oomaeda, her useless Lieutenant said.
"We keep waiting," she replied, "I'm going back to my rooms. If the Spirit Energy is sensed again, call me."
"Yes, ma'am," he said as she vanished into thin air.

"What is it that you wish to report, Captain Kurotsuchi?" Captain Commander Yamamotot asked.
"I analyzed the Spirit Energy of the girls and I figured out what was bothering me about it. The energy was too condensed and jumpy. It was because this Spirit Energy is not their own. I discovered another, more stable and suitable Spirit Energy running under the larger one, which is the one that Captain Soi Fon felt. This Spirit Energy belongs to them. The other Spirit Energy belongs to someone else," he reported.
"Do we know who?" Captain Ukitake asked.
"No, but this is where things get interesting," Kurotsuchi's eyes brightened as he started to describe what he had discovered almost by accident. "I decided to search to see if we had any matched for the stronger Spirit Energy on its own. I did not think that the search would lead me anywhere but I decided to try anyway. What I discovered is that we have records of a very similar Spirit Energy dating back 1000 years, found on a battlefield just on the outskirts of the village of Rukongai. It was the place where the Captain of the 2nd Squad at the time disappeared. Her name was Shihouin Aya."
Everyone's eyes widened at the news but none was more dramatic than the sputtered, "Aya?" that slipped through the Captain Commander's lips. Everyone looked at him in surprise as he usually was a very composed man and this was the first time that anyone had caught him by surprise.
"Sir, do you know her," Captain Ukitake asked.
"Yes, she was Captain at the time that I became Captain Commander. She disappeared soon after my inauguration."
Everyone watched him as he mumbled under his breath.
"Find out more about these girls and see if you can get them to come here. I don't want to force them or they may not help but get them into the city," he commanded.
"About that sir," Soi Fon said, "A couple days ago I was able to speak to them briefly, as you know, but they vanished as soon as I mentioned getting them into the city. I feel that it could be that they are afraid of the city or something. I will keep on trying but also since I mentioned it. They have not returned to the same place."
The Captain Commander sighed and everyone watched him with wary eyes.
"Keep searching. Find that girl at all costs. We need to see if she has some sort of connection with the disappearance of Shihouin Aya."
"YES, SIR!" all the captains said.

Bleach Fan-fiction 5

FModern Day...

"Captain Commander Sir, we have encountered traces of a strange Spirit Power near Seireitei but every time we try to catch the person emitting it, it vanishes," Soi Fon said.
"Have Captain Kurotsuchi analyze the Spirit Energy and place some people in the area to watch for the person who has this Spirit Energy," Yamamoto replied, "If we cannot figure out who this belongs to, it may come back to annoy us later. Try to solve this problem."
"Yes sir," Soi Fon replied.
"Is that all?" Yamamoto said. No one moved forward from their place. "This Captain's meeting is adjourned."

Later that day...

Soi Fon felt the strange Spirit Energy and flashed to where it was. There she saw a pair of small girls with cat ears and fangs growling at her before they vanished from sight. Soi Fon tried to follow but they had already vanished.
"They're fast. Who are they?" she asked herself and ran off to report to Yamamoto again.

"Two young girls with cat ears you say?"
"Yes, sir," she replied.
"I will asked Captain Ukitake to look and see what he can find about these supposed girls. In the meantime, put all of your efforts into finding them again. Try not to scare them, they may just be innocent children."
"Yes, sir."
"Dismissed."
"Thank you Sir."

Ukitake searched through the library but found nothing on the cat girls. He proceeded to ask Captain Kurotsuchi to see if he had anything on the database but that also ended in failure. Captain Kurotsuchi did tell him that the Spirit Energy was not the normal Spirit Energy of anything they had yet encountered. It was not like Hollows, Soul Reapers, Arrancars, Vizards, or even strange humans such as Inoue or Chad. The Spirit Energy was more condensed and potentially explosive than anything Captain Kurotsuchi had ever encountered. It was easy to say that he was very interested.

Soi Fon was on duty again when the strange Spirit Energy appeared, this time she slowly approached the two girls and slid down to a comfortable sitting position on the floor. The girls eyed here warily. They had bright green eyes, auburn hair, and their ears were black, tipped with white. If they had been human, they might have been about eight years old. Every so often their ears twitched and their positions were tense. Soi Fon smiled as easily as she could.
"What are your names?"
"We are Sayuri," they said in complete unison.
"Where are you from?"
"We are from no where, the land of nothing," they said once again in complete unison.
"Where is that?"
"We make it when we want to. We make the world of nothing and we live there."
Soi Fon frowned in confusion but kept pressing on.
"Are you alone?"
"Yes, we are always alone."
"Don't you have any friends."
"No."
"Do you want to come with me into the city?"
The girls looked at Soi Fon and said nothing and then bolted.
"Wait," she said but the girls were gone.
"Arg," she said in frustration and went back to the Captain Commander to report.

Bleach Fan-fiction 4

The Hollows were running out. After so long in that dimension, the number of Hollows were diminishing. For Aya, this was a bad thing. In that empty dimension, there was nothing better for her to do than fight them and it was only when she felt her sword connect with their bodies that she knew for sure that she still existed. The disappearance of the Hollows was a danger to her sanity and she worried that she would go crazy soon after they were gone.

She didn't. Go crazy, that is. After the Hollows ran out, she spent her time, or lack of it, as the case may be, practicing her fighting. Everything from Flash Step and sword work, to Flash Cry and Demon Arts. She often found herself in deep conversation with Shadow Walker and they became exceedingly close so that Aya didn't even need to say her name when she released Shadow Walker. Often, Aya would materialize Shadow Walker so that they could talk face to face. It was her only source of entertainment other than practicing her fighting skills. As time passed, Aya became increasingly fast, strong, and her Spirit Energy grew to monumental levels. She very close to being the strongest Soul Reaper that she had ever known and no one would even be there to witness it.

Bleach Fan-fiction Background

I realized that I was having trouble finding ways to incorporate things from Bleach into this story so that people who haven't read it will understand the references mainly because I already know what I am basing my story on. If you really want to understand, I recommend reading Bleach. It's a great manga. Here is a list of characters and terms that have appeared and will appear later on. I hate to say this but there are some characters in Bleach that I either don't like or don't know well enough so I will kill them off, sorry to anyone who likes these characters.

Characters:
Kurosaki Ichigo- Main character of Bleach. A human boy, about 18 at this point in my story. His Soul Cutter is called Cutting Moon. He is also a Substitute Soul Reaper.
Kuchiki Rukia-  Soul Reaper girl who gave her  Soul Reaper powers to Ichigo to help him fight a Hollow. Her Soul Cutter's name is Sleeve of the White Snow (known for being the most beautiful Soul Cutter in Soul Society). Helps Ichigo out many times. Part of the 13th Squad
Yamamoto Genryuusai-  Captain Commander of the 13 Squads. Captain of the 1st squad. Most powerful  Soul Reaper in a long time. Has been in power for 1000 years.
Soi Fon- Captain of the 2nd Squad and the Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force. Known for being the fastest  Soul Reaper in Soul Society. She has an obsession with her teacher, Shihouin Yoruichi, the former 2nd Squad Captain
Retsu Unohana- Captain of the 4th Squad. Seems like a very nice lady but actually has a very scary side.
Kuchiki Byakuya- Captain of the 6th Squad and head of the Kuchiki royal family. Adopted Rukia as part of the family because she had been his wife's younger sister. His wife, Hisana, died of sickness.
Sajin Komamura- Captain of the 7th Squad. Has the appearance of a fox or a dog. Used to hide his face but no longer does and people have come at accept him. Very powerful.
Shunsui Kyoraku- Captain of the 8th Squad. Seems lazy and enjoys drinking but is actually very smart and perceptive.
Toshirou Hitsugaya- Captain of the 10th Squad. Is very young, even by  Soul Reaper standards and has the appearance of a grade schooler. Is very powerful and has been called a boy genius.
Kenpachi Zaraki- Captain of the 11th Squad. Very powerful, enjoys fighting, has a very large store of Spirit Energy.
Mayurui Kurotshuchi-  Captain of the 12th Squad and President of the Research and Development Institute. Cares about nothing but doing his experiments. Does not take into account the feelings of others. Is no sensitive.
Jushiro Ukitake- Captain of the 13th Squad. Has poor health.
Urahara Kisuke- Former Captain of the 12th Squad and Founder and Former President of the Research and Development Institute. Runs a shop in Karakura Town from which he helps many people. Was banned from Soul Society for doing unlawful experiments.
Shihouin Yoruichi- Former Captain of the 2nd Squand and Former Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force. Was banned after helping Urahara Kisuke escape Soul Society. Can turn into a cat. Known as the God of Flash

Terms:
Soul Reapers- Spirits who help save other spirits and bring them to Soul Society. They also protect spirits and humans from Hollows. They all wear black traditional Japanese robes.
Soul Cutters- Special swords used by  Soul Reapers that have a special attachment to their soul.  Soul Reapers can talk to their Soul Cutters and their Soul Cutters have different shapes and abilities depending on their wielder's souls.
Hollows- Spirits that have gone bad and go around attacking people with high Spirit Energy.  Soul Reapers attack and kill them before they can do any harm and then they are purged of their sins and returned to Soul Society as good souls.
13 Squads- The 13 Squads of  Soul Reapers. Each has it's own special abilities. The 2nd Sqaud specializes in stealth. The 4th Squad does handyman work but also focuses on healing. The 11th squad is known for being the strongest and most blood-thirsty squad. The 12th squad focuses on scientific developments. Ect...
Stealth Force- Not technically part of the 13 Squads but is sometimes also under control of the 2nd Squad Captain. They focus on executions also known as assassinations. Strength and stealth are very important.
Flash Step- Using compressed Spirit Energy to move at very fast speeds so that the person is practically invisible. Soi Fon and Yoruichi are known for having perfected this ability
Flash Cry- A type of fighting that combines physical attacks with Demon Magic. When used properly it looks like lightning and compresses on the user's back, blowing away their clothes. Commanders of the Stealth Force use this ability

If I use anything else, I will try to define it. Most of these I will also give a little explanation of in the story. Other characters are going to appear along the way and if you are wondering where the Captains of the 5th , 3rd, and 9th squads are, I'm sorry but I killed them off because I didn't really like them that much. For anyone who has read Bleach, this takes place after Aizen but I am disregarding anything that has happened after and continuing on as if nothing occurred. Ichigo still has his Spirit Powers but Aizen, Gin, and Tousen are dead. Everything else is as it was after the battle. The story since then hasn't really progressed enough for me to build on it and Aizen's battle gives me a nice finishing point. Most of the story will not play a great role in this. It is very separate.

Bleach Fan-fiction 3

"Captain Commander Sir, the Stealth Force has been receiving many reports of a man matching the description of the man that was encountered on the battlefield with Shihouin Aya. We have sent out our forces to capture him and bring him back alive."
"Good. When he is back, I would like to personally interrogate him."
The messenger from the 2nd Squad looked up in surprise and nodded, "Yes, Sir."

"Maybe we'll finally be able to get her back," Yamamoto thought to himself. "It would be great if I could finally get her back here. She was a great fighter and a wonderful Captian to boot. I haven't trusted anyone like that in a very long while." He sighed deeply and closed his eyes and waited for the report.

A few days later...

"Captain Commander Sir, here is the man that we were searching for. His name is Susumu Takeo."
"Good work, bring him here."
They brought him into the room. His appearance was exactly as the man had said. Tall, dark and thin. His coat was still gray and his pants were still black. His hair was flowing and long.
"Tell me what did you do with the Captain that you saw on the battlefield 200 hundred years ago," Yamamoto said.
"I don't remember. It's been a long time," Susumu said nonchalantly.
"Remember," Yamamoto commanded in a calm but powerful voice.
"I may remember something but I'm not going to tell you anything," the man said. Yamamoto glowered at him and said.
"Tell me."
"Won't. You see. You'll probably kill me anyway for other crimes that you will discover I have committed, thanks to the men that you have had researching me since you discovered my name. I would rather leave you with this single thing for you to remember me by."
"Tsk," Yamamoto said in frustration. "Interrogate him with everything you have but don't kill him."

For the next fifty years, the people in the Punishment Corps interrogated him with everything they had but with no success and finally, seeing how his methods were not achieving success, Yamamoto gave up and had him executed in the worst way he could think of.

Bleach Fan-fiction 2

I know that this is my second posting in one day but I like to write and if the story keeps on flowing I see no reason to stop. I also like having separate sections of the story in separate posts so that they are easier to keep track of for me and possibly for anyone who decides to read this blog.

900 years ago, in Soul Society...

"I am officially calling off the search for previous Captain Shihouin Aya of the 2nd Squad. As it is I have let it run longer than I normally would have at the insistence of many people but we can no longer expect her to return. I am now pronouncing Shihouin Aya officially dead. Lieutenant Kaname Syaoran of the 2nd Squad has been promoted to Captain. That will be all."

"Captain Commander Yamamoto really did it this time."
"Yeah, I don't believe that Aya is dead. We should keep looking."
"Yeah, but where, we no longer have any leads. Even the leads to that guy have vanished. All we have is a picture of him."
"Then we'll find him and avenge Aya for whatever he did to her."
"Yeah."

At the same time in Aya's world...

It only took a couple of years after Aya's imprisonment for her to realize two very important things. The first was that there were many more Hollows than she had originally thought there were in that dimension. She suspected that she had not been the first thing that man had captured in that other world and she sorely hoped that she would not be the last because if the world opened again, she might be able to get out. She had patiently waited for a hundred years but had finally given up on the fact that the man would ever let her out. The second thing that she had realized was that this dimension did not have time. If there wasn't going to be light and dark or any sort of direction at all, then she supposed that not having time was also reasonable. It had dawned upon her relatively quickly. Nothing in her body changed. Despite at least 70 years passing since she had entered the world, she still looked like a small, fifteen year-old girl. She was actually more like 70 years old but as a rule Soul Reapers aged slower than humans. Another thing that demonstrated the lack of time was that she no longer needed to deal with her body. It was as if it were frozen in a permanent state of no change except what she forced on it. She did not need to eat, sleep, drink, go to the bathroom, or anything like that, which was a good thing because there was no food, or water in that parallel dimension. After fighting a few Hollows, she had realized that she no longer bled. Even if she got a cut, it would no longer bleed because her heart was no longer beating. Not only that, but she no longer needed to breathe. Once, she had tried holding her breath for a very long time and nothing had happened. She still breathed though, because it was habit. She was no longer quite as disconcerted about her surroundings but there will still times when she had to focus on something solid to keep from hyperventilating or passing out. Very often she would look at Shadow Walker and would say,
"I need to get out of here."

Bleach Fan-fiction

The first story I will write, is a story inspired by the Japanese manga, Bleach. Many of the characters will be from Bleach. I will attempt to incorporate some background into the story so that anyone who hasn't read Bleach might be able to understand. The characters, places, and situations in this story that are not my own all belong to Kubo Tite and the people who write Bleach.

1000 years ago...

Aya balanced easily on the sharp edge of the cliff above the battlefield for a seconds before flipping backwards, and allowing herself to fall through the air. The drop was over a hundred feet and below her, a wild battle was raging. Aya started to draw Spirit Energy to her feet and she began to slow her descent. Directly underneath her, there was a Soul Reaper, who was fighting with a Hollow. Aya landed gently on the Hollow's head and slid her Soul Cutter smoothly into the Hollow's skull. As the Hollow disintegrated, she jumped off its back to the back of another Hollow and proceeded to slash though its neck. Around her, the people of the 2nd Squad, and the Stealth Force tore their way through the army of Hollows that was attacking the southern part of Rukongai. With a brilliant smile drawn across her face, Aya flashed from Hollow to Hollow, slicing through their masks and heads. Every so often, she would hear the cries of her men as a Hollow caught them be surprise and she would recoil inside but this was battle and there were going to be casualties. Even with her speed and skills, her black Soul Reaper robes were slashed in many places and her white Captain's cloak was splattered with blood. The Soul Reapers fought with the Hollows for hours and then, just as the tide was turning, Aya caught sight of a strange man standing on top of a hill. She paused mid-attack because this man was not part of her squads and anyone else should not have been in that area. His hair was long and dark and it flapped and fluttered in the strong wind that flew through the plane on which they were fighting. He was tall, with broad shoulders but he did not look particularly strong. He wore a long, gray coat that opened over his bare chest and he had a black sword at his waist. He was watching her and the moment their eyes met, he started to speak. It was obvious even though Aya couldn't hear him, that the words were the beginning of an incantation. Aya frowned and then started to race through the battlefield but every step she made, she was blocked by more and more Hollows. She didn't know what the incantation was but she knew she had to stop it. A Hollow leaped up in front of her and she killed it in one move but no matter how many she killed, even more entered their place. With a growl of frustration, she called out "Slice, Shadow Walker," she called and her Soul Cutter turned gray. With her Soul Cutter she cut through her opponent's shadows killing them the moment her sword sliced through them. Sometimes, she was even able to get more than one Hollow in a single move. She watched the man as he raised his hand and pointed at her, finishing the incantation. A white orb flew at her. Aya tried to dodge but it followed her and hit her in the back. It didn't hurt, though, and it took Aya a second to realize that the ball hadn't hit her, it had engulfed her as well as most of the surrounding Hollows. She called out to the man but he just closed his hand and the small gap that had acted as the entrance to the world, vanished. Aya looked up to find herself in what seemed like a parallel direction surrounded by over a thousand Hollow.

Back in Soul Society...

"Is that your whole report?" newly appointed Captain Commander Yamamoto Genryuusai asked.
"Yes, sir," the man from the Second Squad said.
"This is bad news indeed," the Captain Commander said, "We have not only lost many men in this battle but Captain of the 2nd Squad, Shihouin Aya, as well. We must work hard to get them back. Please give a description of the man you saw to the 12th Squad and have Lieutenant Kaname Syaoran of the 2nd Squad send a few of his men out to search the battlefield again. Take a few specialists from the 12th squad to analyze the remaining Spiritual Energy. We will continue to search for this man and for our missing Captain."
"Yes, sir," all the Captains in the room said.

Aya...

Aya was disconcerted. As soon as she had taken in the situation, she had run away from the Hollows, not ready to take them on, but she knew that they would be after her soon as they tracked her Soul Energy. She looked around her. The parallel world that she was in, was made of nothing as far as she could tell. Literally nothing at all. There was no light, no dark, no up, no down, north, south, east, west. It was horribly confusing to look ahead and see nothing at all. Not darkness or a light at the end of a tunnel but nothing at all. The more Aya tried to analyze it, the more her head hurt so she stopped and concentrated on what she knew what there. She held her Soul Cutter out in front of her and concentrated on how solid it was. Her headache slowly subsided and she sighed as she sat down on nothing, wondering why that statement made sense.
"I have to get out of here," she said.

Description of Blog

Dear Readers,
This is my third blog. The first one that I created was for the purpose of writing fan-fiction for my favorite series. After a while, though, I realized that I wanted to write other stories than fan-fiction so I decided to create another blog for my ideas to flow. It ended up being more of a rambling blog, where I just post random ideas, thoughts, or things that happened during the day. It's almost like a diary, except I do not reveal all of my deepest, darkest secrets there or even my light and shallow ones. After wanting to start another story, I realized that I no longer felt that it would fit in well with the format of the other parts of my blog. For this reason, I decided to create this blog for the sole purpose of writing stories. Some stories may not end or they may end abruptly as I lose interest. I think of this blog as a place for my ideas to grow. Some will receive lots of nourishment, while others will soon die. The atmosphere on this blog will be a lot more controlled than on my other two blogs. While some of my writing may border on ridiculous, I ask you readers to remember that I would only post it here if I thought that it could become a proper idea so please bear with me. Feel free to post comments on any of my stories that can range from corrections, hints, tips and even down-right criticism. Feel free to give compliments or even share ideas if that is what you feel is right. I may or may not take these ideas into account depending on how I wish for my story and my writing to develop. It will still greatly appreciate any comments that come to me.

Thank you very much,

Kali
